• Rewrote a SegaCD fix - I discovered why Snatcher keeps pausing a long time ago (before Kega's first release), and fixed it. I told Stef and he fixed it in Gens too. The difference is, Stef's fix actually worked, and mine didn't, because of a stupid typo. Should be OK now.
  
• MANY compatibility fixes - more games should now work.
  
• Added YM SuperHQ mode. When this mode is selected, the sound rate will automatically change to 44100Hz, and my YM2612 core will go into SuperHQ mode. This is probably about as accurate as a YM2612 core can get at this
  present time (well, it will be once I finally get around to adding LFO support!) - the Sonic "signpost" sound is now accurate, for example. But this mode is probably (I haven't timed it...) a fair bit slower, so you should probably only enable it for games that need it, or if you really care about the odd sound not being *quite* right.

• Rewrote the VS Unisystem dip switch drawing code.
• Simplified the setting of VS Unisystem dip switches. The "V" key now toggles viewing AND editing of dip switches.

Nytt är:

• Fixed stupid Shadow/Highlight bug in DOUBLE mode (I accidentally deleted a line)

Goda nyheter! Alla scripts till Bahamut Lagoon är översatta och hackningen är oxå 100% klart. Just nu pågår betatestning och den slutgiltiga scriptediteringen. Release? Snart förhoppningsvis!

Yonin no Translators

Enligt rykten så jobbar Håkan Sundell, mannen bakom en av de bästa C64 emulatorerna CCS64, fortfarande med den. Detta är vad han jobbar med för tillfället:

• 8-bit PAL TV graphic modes.

Skaparen bakom den gamla Mega Drive emulatorn KGEN är tillbaka med en ny emulator som emulerar Mega Drive och Mega CD. Emulatorn är i betastadiet men ska redan vara häpnansväckande bra på att emulera Mega CD för en första version.

Just nu är scriptet 49% översatt av översättaren Aki, och Neil_ tror att det kommer bli snabbt klart efter att scriptet är översatt. I övriga nyheter så har satsu gjort en fräck titelskärm till Partial Translations Akazukin Chacha-översättning.

Ehm, den 6:e Januari fyllde SEN 2 år.. Detta glömde vi dock bort men Scotcher kom på det på IRC för några minuter sen så... Från oss alla till oss alla, Grattis SEN!

D-BOY, Strag0 och |nfecteds översättnings av FF1 till WSC fortsätter. De hittar mer och mer text som D-BOY översätter samtidigt som de hittas. Själva dialogscriptet har dock stannat på 28% för tillfället. I övrigt har de släppt 41 stycken screenshots på sin översättning. Screenshotsen är hostade av Whirlpool.

FF1-översättningen som D-BOY, Strag0 och |nfected jobbar på har fått en detaljerad uppdatering här. Kortfattat kan jag säga att D-BOY tror att scriptet kommer vara översatt i slutet av nästa vecka, men han vet dock inte hur det går med hackningen.

EsperKnight i Some Good Shit Translations har sagt att scriptet till Megami Tensei (NES) är fullt översatt och ska nu insertas.
